Proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt, is required for all warrantied items. The item's stock number and color, as well as an image of the white tag with the UPC (usually located inside), and an image of the damaged part, should be provided. Additionally, the replacement ship-to address must be included.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any problems caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, heat, humidity, maintenance, or modification of the product. If it is determined that the problem is a result of any of the above, the warranty will become null and void.
